Nathan Relevy

Nathan Relevy

Nathan Relevy has a commerical, accounting and technology background and has experience in education through his school governership as well as from working with schools around the country. He has worked extensively with schools in helping them improve efficiencies in administration, analysis and management of the plethora of data that schools need to manage, process and interpret. Nathan has an intimate knowledge of EMMA, being the Lead Architect and Developer and he continiues to drive the busy development roadmap to extend and enhance EMMA's features and appeal.

Joy Gundry

Joy Gundry

Joy Gundry is a former local authority primary adviser, SIP and headteacher of two primary schools. She has worked extensively with schools in difficulty and also supporting highly achieving schools. She is particularly experienced in helping schools improve assessment and use of data through her lead responsibility for Improving Schools Programme (ISP) and Stronger Management Systems (SMS). Joy has an intimate knowledge of EMMA, having trained and supported many schools in its use over a considerable period of time.

Janet Smith

Janet Smith

Janet Smith was, until recently, a senior adviser on the Government's National Strategies programme and was part of the national team that developed The Improving Schools Programme (ISP) and Primary Stronger Management Systems (pSMS); She has over 12 years advisory experience and has a proven track record in raising standards and expectations in primary schools and local authorities, with a reputation for remembering what it means to be a teacher. Janet is a Chair and Vice-Chair of Governors at two of her local schools. Janet has been involved in the development of EMMA from its very early days.

Joy Gundry

Julia Gaughan

Julia Gaughan has many years of school leadership experience as well as working as a local authority primary consultant. Julia has been seconded to schools in Ofsted categories to take up the role of Acting Headteacher where she has ensured robust management systems and procedures are in place supported by EMMA. She has also supported and trained many leaderships teams and class teachers in how to use EMMA to ensure productive use of all data at all levels.
